How do I contact Customer Service?

Call us qt 858-209-1808. The best time to reach us is Monday through Friday from 10 AM – 6 PM PST. Or if you prefer you can email us at info@giftedartisan.com. 

How long does shipping take?

Orders will generally be processed within one business day with shipment taking between 3 to 8 business days depending on your location and distance from our headquarters in California. 

Can I get expedited shipping?

We offer 2-3 Bus. Day Priority Mail expedited shipping to most locations for an additional cost. We are unable to offer expedited shipping to PO Box addresses via Fedex.

Does Gifted Artisan ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses?

At this time we are unable to ship directly to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We are unable to ship to PO Box addresses in the USA when using normal shipping service. We are unable to offer expedited shipping to PO Box addresses. 

Does Gifted Artisan ship internationally?

At this time we are do not ship internationally. 

Does Gifted Artisan charge sales tax?

All shipments to addresses within the state of California will be charged sales tax on cost excluding shipping charges. 

How do I check the status on my order?

You can check on the status of your order by clicking on the order status located on the order confirmation email. 

What payment methods does Gifted Artisan accept?

At this time we accept Visa®, Mastercard®, Discover®, American Express® and Paypal®. 

How do I cancel an order?

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement while they are still being processed. We try very hard to ship by the next day after items are ordered. Once shipped, they can no longer be canceled. 

How do I subscribe to your email list?

You can subscribe to our email list by going to the Home page and fill in the box in the bottom right hand side marked Enter Email address.
