Wild Horses Pitcher – Handcrafted Art Pottery

Capture the untamed beauty of the West with this stunning Wild Horses Pitcher, a handcrafted piece of art pottery created by Alan in Colorado. Featuring a dynamic running-horse motif, this pitcher is finished in rich earth-toned glazes that flow together across the surface, giving each piece a sense of movement, depth, and individuality.

Designed with both artistry and function in mind, this handcrafted pitcher makes a striking statement on dining tables, kitchen counters, or display shelves. Whether used as a serving vessel or showcased as a decorative accent, it brings the spirit of open landscapes and wild mustangs into any home.

Because every pitcher is individually crafted and hand-glazed, natural variations in color, texture, and pattern are part of its charm—no two pieces are ever exactly alike. Please note that colors may appear slightly different due to monitor settings.

Features

  • Handcrafted art pottery by Alan in Colorado

  • Wild horses motif with flowing, earth-toned glazes

  • Approximately 8" high × 8" wide with handle

  • Each piece is unique with natural variations in color, glaze, and texture

All of our functional pottery is microwave, oven and dishwasher safe. All glazes are lead free and safe for food. Do not place them on direct heat and avoid extreme temperature changes (start in a cold oven). Pottery should never be placed under a broiler, over direct flame or on the stovetop. Let pottery preheat with the oven. You can take the chill off by filling with hot tap water before putting in a preheated oven or adding very hot liquids or food. If taking pottery directly from the refrigerator let it warm up a little before placing in a hot oven or heating in the microwave. Setting a hot dish on cold tile or countertop is another source of thermal shock. Use a potholder, cork or wooden trivet. Pottery is dishwasher safe and many find it safer washing by machine than by slippery hands. However for longest life, many potters recommend hand washing to avoid chipping.
